Your porch is the first thing your guests see and the last thing your family sees on the way out. We take care of that threshold so you don't have to.

• Holiday installs: The Winter Welcome, The Hearth & Threshold, and Prince of Peace. Each wreath is hand-made, no two alike, and we install everything for you.

• DIY kits: Prefer to decorate yourself? Every holiday package is available as a kit with the same products, ready to style at home.

• Fall porches: Pumpkins, mums, cornstalks and hay bales through November 16.

• Porch Club: Four visits a year, starting with your holiday install, and removal of disposable materials included at every visit. Year-round care without planning each season.

• Add-ons: A January Refresh and a Strike & Pack take-down keep your porch looking its best through winter.

When will my package be delivered?

Your Pristine Porches package will be delivered the week you selected at checkout. To provide the most efficient delivery service we group deliveries by location and delivery week. We cannot guarantee specific delivery days or times, however, our route based delivery system ensures your items will arrive in time for you to enjoy throughout the seasons. 

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No, you do not need to be home for delivery. Our service is designed to be convenient and hassle free, so you can come home to a beautifully decorated porch. If you bought a package to DIY design, we will stack all the items at your front door for you! Whether you are home or not, our mission is to make your porch decorating as simple and stress-free as possible

I need a specific delivery date or a customized package for a special event?

If you need a specific delivery date or customized design, we would love to help! We work with homeowners, businesses, churches, schools and event planners to create custom designs for grand openings, fall parties, corporate events, professional photo shoots, seasonal events and real estate listing photos.

Can I order a package for a business or commercial property?

Yes, Pristine Porches works with businesses, restaurants, retail storefronts, churches, schools, real estate professionals and event planners. A professional seasonal display is a great way to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers and clients.

Surprise someone you love with a porch that welcomes guests in every season. Choose a package, and we'll contact the recipient to schedule their install or DIY kit.

• The recipient must be the homeowner, or have the homeowner's permission.

• We'll contact the recipient to pick a date. Christmas installs can't happen before November 1.

• The gift is paid in full at checkout and is non-refundable.

• Porch Club memberships aren't available as gifts yet.

Are payments refundable?

No. All sales are final and non-refundable.

What is The Porch Club?

The Porch Club is a membership with four visits: a Christmas install of The Winter Welcome, a spring take-down and refresh, a summer refresh, and a fall install of The Playful Pumpkin Patch and two mums. Removal of disposable materials is included at every visit. Members get installs only, not DIY kits.

 

What is the difference between The Porch Club and The Porch Club Plus?

The Porch Club Plus includes The Hearth & Threshold, 9 ft, for the Christmas install, a spring take-down and refresh, a summer refresh, and a fall install of The Playful Pumpkin Patch with two mums, two hay bales and two cornstalks.  Plus members get 15% off add-ons instead of 10%.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Your membership renews automatically unless you cancel at least 14 days before your next renewal payment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current membership year. Payments already made are non-refundable.
