When will my package be delivered?
Your Pristine Porches package will be delivered the week you selected at checkout. To provide the most efficient delivery service we group deliveries by location and delivery week. We cannot guarantee specific delivery days or times, however, our route based delivery system ensures your pumpkins will arrive in time for you to enjoy throughout the fall season.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No, you do not need to be home for delivery. Our service is designed to be convenient and hassle free, so you can come home to a beautifully decorated porch. If you bought a package to DIY design, we will stack all the items at your front door for you! Whether you are home or not, our mission is to make your fall decorating as simple and stress-free as possible
I need a specific delivery date or a customized package for a special event?
If you need a specific delivery date or customized design, we would love to help! We work with homeowners, businesses, churches, schools and event planners to create custom designs for grand openings, fall parties, corporate events, professional photo shoots, seasonal events and real estate listing photos.

When will my pumpkins be removed?
Your pumpkins will be removed during the removal week you selected at checkout. To make our routes as efficient as possible, pickups are scheduled by delivery area and completed throughout the week. Removal and disposal makes cleanup a breeze. If you have any questions about your pickup, feel free to contact us before your removal and we will be happy to help!
